Get ready for a lot of Story-related puns.

On Wednesday, Irving graduate Trevor Story belted a two-run homer for the Rockies, making him the first player ever to hit a home run in each of his first three MLB games.

The 23-year-old now has four home runs in three games. He hit two home runs in his MLB debut on opening day.

The possibility for Story's history making performance popped up this morning when MLB.com's Phil Rogers brought up the fact that a home run on Wednesday could have Story in a class of his own.

It didn't take long for Story to make history. Batting No. 2 in the lineup, Story homered in the first inning, hitting a 1-0 pitch over the left centerfield fence.
