Here's how to watch live TV broadcasts of UIL high school football state semifinals and championships in 2018

Updated Tuesday at 11 a.m. to include TV broadcast information for the state semifinals.

Can’t make it to the UIL state football championships on Dec. 19-22?

Fox Sports Southwest has you covered.

The network announced Monday plans to broadcast live game coverage on various platforms for all 12 championship games.

It’s not determined yet which Dallas-area teams will make title-game appearances. Highland Park and Denton Ryan (Class 5A Div. I) and Allen and Duncanville (Class 6A Div. I) will battle in the semifinals this weekend -- live on TXA 21 at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, respectively.

But here’s a look at how you can catch live broadcasts during the season finales.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

The network will also offer “Ford Championship Live” during the intermissions for analysis between games and “High School Scoreboard Live” after the final championship on Dec. 22.

During live game broadcasts, Craig Way, Ted Emrich and Mark Followill will split play-by-play calls, while Shea Walker (former Port Arthur Jefferson and Texas A&M wide receiver), Brad McCoy (former Graham coach) and Gary Reasons (former Crowley and New York Giants linebacker) will rotate as commentators.

Fox Sports Southwest will also feature replays of classic championship games, the “Road to the Championship Preview Show” and two feature programs, including one about last year’s Highland Park vs. Manvel state thriller, starting Monday, Dec. 17.
